Neil Richard Jacobs Cpsychol

Neil Richard Jacobs CPsychol, AFBPsS is an accomplished psychologist and executive coach with extensive experience in business psychology and leadership development. As the Founder and Principal of MindsOpen since August 2014, Neil focuses on providing innovative solutions in leadership, culture, and talent management. Additionally, Neil serves on the International Advisory Board for the Nijmegen School of Management at Radboud University Nijmegen and is a member of the North America Advisory Board for Newcastle University Business School. Previous roles include Managing Director of YSC Americas, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction and innovation, and Head of Profession for Psychology at the Metropolitan Police, overseeing a team of organizational psychologists. Neil holds a Master's in Organisational Psychology from the University of Hull and a BA Hons in Psychology from Newcastle University.
