Robert Mullendore

Robert Mullendore has over 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Robert started their career in 2002 as a Sales Manager at Littman Jewelers, where they managed four store locations and led teams of sales associates. Robert implemented coaching skills and provided open lines of communication to staff, consistently meeting sales and P&L goals. In 2011, they joined Smyth Jewelers as a member of the Management Team. During their tenure, they served as leader of the sales team and grew annual sales volume from $4M to $7M, increasing net profits by 150%. Robert was also responsible for P&L management and implementing new scheduling methods. Currently, they are a Sales Specialist at Radcliffe Jewelers.
