James Beech

James Beech is an experienced leader in the health care and business sectors, currently serving as Director and Owner of Radfield Home Care Ltd since May 2019, focusing on fostering positive relationships among clients, staff, and healthcare professionals. Prior to this, James held the position of Regional Director for Ramsay Health Care UK, overseeing the financial performance of nine hospitals. Additional roles include General Manager at Capio, where management responsibilities spanned multiple hospital facilities, UK Sales & Marketing Manager at SodaStream, and Business Development Manager at Boots UK, along with a decade of experience in various managerial roles at Kimberly-Clark.
