Gowthami Gowthi has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Recruitment Executive at Radford Global Ltd since October 2015, and simultaneously in a similar capacity at HR, focusing on non-IT recruitment within the BFSI sector. Prior to these roles, Gowthami worked as a Resource Associate at Ajax M from 2014 to 2015.
