Laurent Castini

Laurent CASTINI is an experienced Supply Chain Director with a strong background in managing complex supply chains across various industries, including textiles, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Supply Chain Director for Radiall since July 2024, Laurent oversees a supply chain with a turnover of 400 million euros, managing a team of 80 professionals and implementing advanced systems such as SAP and PLM. Previous roles include leading supply chain operations for Laboratoires URGO, Hanesbrands Inc., and DBApparel, where significant improvements in service levels and cost reductions were achieved. Laurent holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and has participated in numerous e-learning and training programs to enhance professional skills.
