Kevin Rakowski

Kevin Rakowski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Kevin started their career as an Attorney at Cozen O'Connor, where they primarily dealt with insurance litigation matters. Kevin later joined Archer & Greiner, P.C. and became a Partner, handling consumer financial services, commercial litigation, and labor and employment cases. After that, they worked at Dilworth Paxson LLP as a Partner, representing and advising clients in consumer financial services, commercial, and labor and employment litigation. Rakowski then joined Blank Rome LLP as a Partner and was appointed as the Practice Group Leader of the Consumer Financial Services practice group, specializing in mortgage finance, servicing, and consumer protection litigation and regulatory matters. Kevin is currently employed at Radian, where they hold the position of SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Legal Compliance Officer. In this role, they provide legal advice and oversight for regulatory and compliance programs across various business sectors, including mortgage, insurance, real estate, and technology services.

Kevin Rakowski received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Philosophy from Saint Joseph's University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they have obtained certifications to practice law and is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
