M. Kevin Szathmary

M. Kevin Szathmary has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and legal management. M. Kevin is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Compliance at Radian. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Ethics & Compliance at HCA Healthcare, where they oversaw the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Program Assessment function and managed a team responsible for conducting compliance reviews and producing reports. Before that, they were the Director of Contracts Compliance Counsel at CoreCivic and the Associate Director of Compliance Review at UBS. M. Kevin also held the role of AVP - Vendor Manager at Bank of America. M. Kevin Szathmary's early career includes working as the Managing Attorney at The Law Offices of James A. Flexer, where they provided legal consultations, represented clients in bankruptcy proceedings, and managed the firm's operations.

M. Kevin Szathmary obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the years 1998-2002. M. Kevin then went on to earn a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law from 2003-2006.
