Sudhanshu K.

Sudhanshu K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1985, they received training at the National Defence Academy. SUDHANSHU then joined the Indian Army in 1989, where they held various positions including Executive Engineer and AGM Programs. In these roles, Sudhanshu gained experience in strategic business planning, project management, and finance.

In 2009, Sudhanshu transitioned to the Ministry of Defense Production, where they served as Manager Quality Assurance in South India. After three years, they moved to the private sector and joined Kiran Energy Solar Power Private Limited as the General Manager. Here, they successfully managed M&A activities and played a key role in the project management of a 50 MW solar power project.

In 2017, Sudhanshu joined Hinduja Renewables as COO (Projects & Operation) and later took on the role of President BD. During their time at Hinduja Renewables, they focused on brand building, project management, and evaluating emerging technologies and market opportunities.

Most recently, Sudhanshu joined Radiance Renewables I A Green Growth Equity Fund Company as the Vice President of Project Development in 2022. Overall, Sudhanshu's work experience showcases their expertise in various domains, including renewable energy, defense production, and project management.

Sudhanshu K. has a diverse education history. In 1977, they completed their 12th standard at Ingraham English School, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English, and Hindi. SUDHANSHU then attended the National Defence Academy from 1985 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English, and Russian. Sudhanshu K. pursued further studies in Electrical Engineering, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology degree from the College of Military Engineering in Pune from 1993 to 1996. In 1988-1989, they attended the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun, specializing in Combat Leadership. Sudhanshu K. also holds a Diploma in Management, which they obtained from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in New Delhi in 1996-1997, with a field of study in Marketing. Lastly, in 2011, Sudhanshu K. completed the Project Management Professional (PMP®) program at the Project Management Institute in Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
