Amanda Wilk is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruiting and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and Recruiter at Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning since December 2019, Amanda manages full-cycle recruiting for multiple locations and brands, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview facilitation. Prior to this, Amanda worked at State Farm® for nearly seven years as an Underwriting Service Assistant, where responsibilities included underwriting document research and serving as a key point of contact across multiple states. Amanda's career also includes roles as an Office Manager for a State Farm Agent, where management of staff and customer relations was paramount, and earlier experience as an Assistant Grounds Keeper and Construction Laborer.
