Sofia Torres Altieri

Sofia Torres Altieri has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sofia started their career in 2013 as an Asesora de seguros at Assurant, where they worked until 2014. From 2015 to 2015, Sofia worked as an Ejecutiva de cuentas at Banco Macro. In 2016, they were an Encargada at Movistar (Telefónica Hispam). Sofia then joined Samsung Argentina in 2017 as a Customer Experience Specialist, where they handled various responsibilities including personalized customer service, sales, equipment configuration, and stock control. Sofia also provided training to new hires, supervised customer support programs, and monitored key customer experience metrics. In 2022, Sofia worked at Accenture Argentina as a Bus Process Delivery Analyst and later at Telecom Argentina as a Customer Service Specialist. Sofia is currently working as a Field Sales Specialist at Radical Storage since April 2023.

Sofia Torres Altieri began their education in 2015 at UADE, where they studied Abogacia for one year. In 2022, they attended Coderhouse and obtained a degree in Digital Marketing. Additionally, Sofia earned various certifications, including Growth Marketing, Publicidad en Redes avanzado, Community Manager from Coderhouse, and Recursos humanos: Contratación IT and Recursos humanos: Reclutamiento de la diversidad from LinkedIn. In 2021, they also obtained an international certification in RCP from Cultural Care Au Pair.
