Francesco Malerba

Francesco Malerba has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Francesco is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Radicalbit. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Xacria from 2017 to 2021. In 2014, they worked at GFM INTEGRATION as a Software Developer, where they focused on transforming, analyzing, storing, and retrieving data for a big telco company using Hadoop-based technologies. Francesco also served as a Software and DevOps Engineer for a microservice-based application at GFM INTEGRATION. Francesco had a brief role as a Developer at Twelve Quantum SRL in 2014, where they worked on the development of smsper.me, a SMS marketing campaign management system built in Java. Before that, they worked as a freelance Software Developer, taking on various projects including developing a price comparator platform using the Play framework and maintaining websites using CMS systems such as Wordpress and Prestashop. Francesco also developed apps for Android. In 2013, Francesco briefly worked as a Back-end Developer at I-Nova, where they utilized PHP and the Codeigniter framework for the website www.bizzeffe.it.

Francesco Malerba pursued their education in the field of Computer Science. Francesco began their educational journey at the Università degli Studi di Bari, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. Francesco then continued their academic progression at the same university, completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2013.
