Paolo Filippelli

Paolo Filippelli has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paolo currently holds the position of Senior DevOps Engineer at Radicalbit since February 2021. Before that, they worked at Plansoft for a significant period, starting as a Software Developer/Analyst and eventually transitioning to a Senior DevOps Engineer role. During their time at Plansoft, they played a key role in implementing a cultural shift towards DevOps principles and introducing GitLab, Service Mesh, OpenShift, and Kubernetes into various projects. Prior to Plansoft, Paolo worked at Conad del Tirreno as a Cassiere/Addetto Sala/Magazziniere for five years.

Paolo Filippelli completed their education at Università degli Studi di Firenze from 1999 to 2010. Paolo obtained a degree in Dottore in Informatica (Laurea magistrale 5 anni) with a field of study in Corso di laurea in Informatica (Scienza Mat. Fis. Nat.). Additionally, Paolo has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Their certifications include Microservices Foundations, Programming Foundations: Test-Driven Development, Spring: Test-Driven Development with JUnit, Monitoring Systems and Services with Prometheus (LFS241), Corso Leadership, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Foundation for Istio by Solo.io, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, and CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer. Paolo has also completed courses such as DevOps Catalog, Patterns, And Blueprints, Front-end Foundations, and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate 2021.
