Roshan Chandapeta

Roshan Chandapeta is a Business Development Specialist at BMO Radicle since November 2021, focusing on designing and implementing environmental strategies that have generated over C$100 million in value and reduced carbon emissions by approximately 7 million tonnes. Previously, Roshan served as a Business Development Consultant at It's Destiny Recruiting and as a Project Management Consultant II at Nextant, where responsibilities included onboarding Microsoft SMEs and developing operational dashboards. Roshan also held the position of IT Project Manager at Boston College, optimizing project tracking and enhancing stakeholder communication. As a co-founder of ImagineNation, a digital agency, and a Business Development Manager at Worldview Education Services, Roshan built strong client relationships and developed new business opportunities. Early career experience includes a Sales Associate role at Sunrise Homes, contributing to significant client acquisition and marketing successes. Roshan holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Boston College, alongside certifications in Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Product Management.
