Samy Bouchaib has extensive experience in the fields of renewable energy, technology transfer, and scientific communication. Since August 2016, Samy has served as the National Contact Point on Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy for Horizon 2020, providing guidance and assistance for participation in the program. Concurrently, since January 2015, Samy has been a National Designated Entity at the Climate Technology Centre and Network, facilitating technology development and transfer for developing countries. In addition, Samy has worked as a scientific columnist for Radio Algérienne and has held various positions at the Centre de Développement des Energies Renouvelables, where responsibilities include research and development on renewable energy systems, leading innovation efforts, and overseeing equipment services. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Scientist at the European Space Agency focused on remote sensing satellite imaging. Samy holds a Master's degree in ICT in Education Teaching & Training from Louis Pasteur University, completed in 2007.
