Kevin W. Fleming

Kevin W. Fleming has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as Chief Operating Officer at Radio Free Asia since September 2023. Prior to this role, they held various positions in the Peace Corps, including Chief of Operations for the Africa Region, Acting Regional Director for the Africa Region, and Country Director for both Namibia and Liberia. Kevin W. also served as an Interim Executive Managing Director at Last Mile Health, Chief of Staff and Strategy at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, and 1st Senior Vice President of Global Field Operations at Operation HOPE. Kevin has also worked at Teach For All, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and has previously been a Peace Corps Volunteer. Kevin W. began their career as a Public Affairs Fellow at Coro New York Leadership Center and a Senior Campus Director at Citizen Schools.

Kevin W. Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University in 1994. Kevin W. later obtained a Masters in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy in 2005. Prior to their university studies, Kevin attended Liberty Union High School.
