Michala le Mince

Michala Le Mince is an accomplished Lead Product Manager at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, where since 2011, leadership of multi-discipline teams has resulted in the creation of innovative publishing products within the Pangea CMS. This role involves developing strategies, roadmaps, and conducting user research to improve product usability. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at ARC Consulting, focusing on business process analysis and application support, and leading the EFQM Department at the Czech Society for Quality, where responsibilities included departmental management, process implementation, and the supervision of international events. Michala also has a background in project management with the Slovak Society for Quality, overseeing professional project management initiatives. An alumna of Slovak Technical University, Michala earned an Ing. degree in Materials Science and Technology.
