Ashby Bird has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They began their career as a Floor Staff at Regal Entertainment Group in 2015 and worked their way up to become a Customer Relations Team Lead. In 2018, they joined Starbucks as a Barista before transitioning to an Office Assistant role at Advance Comfort Heating and Cooling in 2020. In 2021, Ashby joined Radio Systems Corporation as a Customer Care Specialist and later took on roles as an Online Communication Specialist, Social Media Moderator, and Order Management Associate. They also briefly worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Invisible Fence® Brand in 2022.
Ashby Bird attended Pellissippi State Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a General Associate of Science degree in General Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Ashby obtained the following:
