Zach Wills

Zach Wills has over 14 years of work experience, starting as a Commercial Project Manager at Front Range Raynor in 2007. Zach then worked as a Product Manager and Director of Business Development at Key Benefit Administrators and was responsible for developing broker partnerships across the Southeast region to bring group health insurance to clients. In 2016, Zach became Chief Integration Officer at Probo Medical, where they led the company's M&A strategy, followed by being Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing the commercial strategy and consistently growing the business by over 100% each year. In 2020, they joined Polygon Composites Technology as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they created and led the commercial growth strategy for sales, marketing, sales operations, and customer service, resulting in a 24% revenue growth. Recently, Zach was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of RCS - Radiological Care Services, a full-service X-ray garment solutions provider.

Zach Wills earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Colorado State University in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Park Tudor School from 1999 to 2003. In 2010, they began pursuing their MBA in Management at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they completed in 2012.
