Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith has extensive experience in call center management and scheduling within the radiology field. Currently serving as Call Center Manager at both Radiology Partners and Radiology Affiliates Imaging since December 2015, Rachel has developed a strong background in operations and leadership. Previous roles include Lead Scheduler, Scheduler, and Receptionist at Radiology Affiliates Imaging, alongside Front Desk responsibilities in the MRI department at St. Mary Medical Center from February 2014 to April 2016.
