Anna Kramer

Anna Kramer has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Anna started their career at Gallagher as a Computer Programmer, where they developed and maintained websites and data-driven web applications. Anna also designed and developed custom demos and tutorials for client and staff training.

After that, Anna worked at Subaru of America as a Programmer Analyst. Here, they analyzed business requirements for a manufacturing reporting system and designed and developed an online dealer data management system. Anna utilized C#, XML, and ASP.NET during this role.

Anna then joined Siemens as a Systems Analyst. Here, they analyzed, designed, and implemented automation solutions for over 1000 ASP servers using CA Software Delivery tools and scripting languages such as Perl and Shell. Anna also worked on silent and unattended custom install solutions for third-party software.

Next, Anna worked at Cerner Corporation as a Manager, Systems Architect. Anna led a remote engineering team in analyzing, engineering, developing, implementing, customizing, configuring, and integrating Health Information Exchanges, Clinical/Patient Portals, and EMRs for nationwide health systems. Anna also collaborated with project managers on time estimation, resource scheduling, project planning, and managing client expectations.

Currently, Anna is employed at Radiology Partners as an IT Director in Data Integration Development. Anna leads large teams involved in full life-cycle application development and data integration. Anna is responsible for strategic planning, roadmap development, and operational planning for data integration teams. Anna has successfully reduced integration interface costs by $2M by reinforcing SDLC processes in an Agile environment.

Anna Kramer has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Villanova University. Anna also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Health Informatics from the same university. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, with a minor in Statistics, from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
