Kari McMillian has worked in the medical imaging field for several years. Kari'smost recent position was as an IT Support Analyst II at Radiology Partners, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Pensacola Open MRI from March 2021 to April 2023, where they held the role of MRI Technologist. Kari also worked as a Sonographer III at the same company from November 2009 to April 2023. Kari's earliest known position was as a Sonographer at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System, starting in December 2008 and ending in September 2009.

Kari McMillian pursued their education in various fields before specializing in the field of diagnostic medical sonography. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Louisiana Tech University, where they studied psychology and English. In 2007, they moved on to Tyler Junior College, where they completed an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, which they obtained in 2009.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kari McMillian has obtained several certifications related to their professional field.
