Miral Patel

Miral Patel has extensive work experience, starting in 1998 as a Chemist at Sterling Gelatin until 1999. Following that, they worked at Radis Group from 2002 to 2022 as an IT Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of ICT and Analytics at Radis Community Care starting in September 2022.

Miral Patel pursued their education at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. From 1993 to 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Chemistry. Following that, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree from 1996 to 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Miral Patel achieved the following:

- In May 2015, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) through Microsoft.

- Miral obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2020.

- In January 2021, they acquired the ITIL Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

- Most recently, in June 2022, they earned the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft.
