Mike Flett

Mike Flett is an experienced safety and operations professional with a robust background in health and safety management within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Safety Director for Kichton Construction LP since May 2022, Mike previously held key roles at The Bouchier Group, including Operations Manager and Director of Health, Safety, and Environment from August 2010 to May 2022. Early career experience includes various positions related to labor and equipment operation at companies such as North American Construction, Golosky Trucking, and KMC Mining, where Mike also worked as a Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice and in safety advisory roles. Throughout this diverse career, Mike has developed and implemented effective safety programs, managed workers' compensation claims, and conducted numerous safety inspections and training initiatives to enhance workplace safety. Education includes studies at Keyano College.
