Ryan Bender

Ryan Bender has a diverse range of work experience. Ryan started their career as the Vice President of UWM club tennis in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they also worked as a server at Benelux and Craftsmen Table and Tap. In 2012, they became a bartender at Chili's until 2014.

In 2014, Ryan joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Loan Adjuster Specialist, where they conducted in-depth analysis of personal financial documents and mortgage/property items. Ryan also provided customer service and was promoted to handle escalated files and redemption files.

From 2015 to 2017, Ryan worked at Airgas as a Strategic Accounts Sales Opportunities and Proposals Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated and managed various aspects of the business proposal process, including preparing reports, creating sales history and impact reports, and overseeing RFQ packages and online auctions. Ryan also reviewed sales agreements/contracts and facilitated communication between stakeholders.

Ryan then moved to Clarios, where they held the positions of Procurement Financial Analyst from 2017 to 2019 and Financial Analyst from 2019 to 2020.

Currently, Ryan is working at Radius Packaging. Ryan started as a Manufacturing Financial Analyst in 2020, then became a Sr. Sales Financial Analyst in 2022, and is currently serving as the Business Information Systems Team Lead starting in 2023.

Ryan Bender attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General as well as a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
