Alec Kirkbride

Alec Kirkbride has extensive work experience in the field of real estate and facilities management. Alec currently holds the position of Real Estate & Facilities Director at Radius, a role which they started in 2023. Prior to this, Alec worked as an Estates Director at Xpediator Plc from 2021 to 2023, where they led operational activities of multiple projects and handled real estate, procurement, and health & safety. From 2019 to 2021, Alec served as the Head of Property & Facilities at Europa Worldwide Group, overseeing all core real estate activities for the company. Before that, they worked at Aldi UK as the National Construction Manager, where they successfully completed several construction projects and contributed to the strategic plans of the company's retail logistics network. Alec also has experience working as a Property Manager at Aldi UK and as a Senior Project Manager at Elliott & Edwards Ltd, where they led construction projects from conception to completion. Their early career includes a role as a Property Management Surveyor at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure.

Alec Kirkbride has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Property Management & Investment from Edinburgh Napier University, completed between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Hull, completed between 1999 and 2002.
