Blerim Zeqiri

Blerim Zeqiri has been a prominent figure in the business world since 2005. Blerim started their career at Alliance Residential Company, where they served as the Director of Revenue and Research, Asset Manager, and Acquisitions from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they were promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management, where they were responsible for multifamily acquisitions throughout the US. In 2015, they co-founded Radix, the first fully web-based business intelligence solution. Blerim is currently spearheading the market survey platform offering actionable data and analytical tools to the multifamily industry to better understand the competitive environment from a property level up to a portfolio or investment level.

Blerim Zeqiri received a B.S. in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University between 2003 and 2006, and a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University between 2003 and 2006.
