Keith Richardson

Keith Richardson has a long and varied work experience. Keith began their career in 2000 as a Project Coordinator, Regional Conference Staff, and International Campus Staff for Agape Italia, Italy, Oregon, and Slovenia. In 2006, they became a self-employed Web Developer and Web Designer, and Owner/ Freelance Artist. In 2007, they joined The Regence Group as an Individual Marketing Specialist. From 2012 to 2013, they worked for Celceus as a NIKE.com Project Manager/ Scrummaster/ BSA. From 2013 to 2019, they worked for Nike in various roles, including Team Lead - Retail Release Management Team, European Geo Lead/ Senior Release Manager, NIKE Commerce in Cloud (CiC) Checkout Program Manager, NIKE Commerce in Cloud (CiC) Launch (JP/EU Geographies) Lead Project Manager/ Program Manager, and NIKE.com EDF Current Platform Lead Project Manager/ Program Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they worked for American Express as a Director of Product Delivery & Integration and Program Manager. Keith currently works for Radix as a Senior Director Program Management.

Keith Richardson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Oregon between 1995 and 2000. In 2011 and 2012, they attended Portland State University, earning a Post-baccalaureate in Science. Keith also holds certifications from Prosci (Change Management Certification, obtained in April 2016), Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Product Owner, obtained in September 2014, and Certified Scrum Master, obtained in November 2013), and the Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained in February 2016).
