Patricia Joelsons is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Sr. Global HR & Growth Partner for EMEA and CALA/LATAM at Radware since February 2021. Patricia leads HR initiatives and talent acquisition across multiple regions, having previously held roles such as Global HR & Recruitment Consultant Manager at PJ Global HR&Recruitment, and Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mindspace.
