Laurel Moyer is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in neonatology and quality assurance in pediatric healthcare. Currently serving as the Chief Quality and Safety Officer and Director of the Quality Division of Neonatology at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, Laurel Moyer has held multiple leadership roles within the institution since August 2016, including CSSD Quality Program Physician Lead and Associate Director, as well as a position as Neonatologist. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Neonatologist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from August 2009 to July 2016, and Medical Director of the NICU at Good Samaritan Hospital from 2013 to 2016. Laurel Moyer holds a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Doctor of Medicine from The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at The University of Vermont, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Hamilton College.
