Shirae D. Ravenell

Shirae D. Ravenell has over 13 years of experience in the fashion industry. Shirae D. began their career in 2007 as a Merchandising Intern at Louis Vuitton, where they completed an 11-week full-time internship and represented LVMH in Macy's/Bloomingdales retail case study competition. In 2008, they became a Senior Production Coordinator at HYP Intimates & Sleepwear, where they achieved significant growth in assigned account responsibility. Shirae D. then moved to ANN INC. in 2009 as an Associate Sourcing Manager, Woven Tops - PD & Production, managing all wovens allocated to China, the Philippines, and Indonesia end to end from development to delivery. In 2014, they joined The Moret Group as a Production Manager - Activewear, managing all women's activewear private label business for domestic accounts. Shirae D. then moved to Alexander Wang Inc. in 2016 as Director, Raw Materials. In 2018, they became a Senior Materials Manager at Coach. In 2020, they joined Back of House Business Essentials as an Educational Consultant and BANDIER as Senior Director - Product Development & Production. Currently, they are the Director of Sourcing at Rae Wellness.

Shirae D. Ravenell attended Montclair State University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Merchandising. Shirae D. also attended Parsons School of Design - The New School, but did not obtain a degree.
