Kelsey McArdell

Kelsey McArdell has been serving as a Benefits Analyst at Rael & Letson since July 2019, previously holding the position of Benefits Analyst Intern. Kelsey gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University, where over 400 vapor-to-particle reaction experiments were documented, measuring oscillation frequency correlations with solution concentrations. Additional experience includes working as a Transit Surveyor for Transfort, where community engagement was essential for improving public transportation, and as a Customer Service Representative at Home Depot, focusing on efficient communication for customer satisfaction. Kelsey's early career included a role as a Camp Counselor at the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver, fostering a safe and engaging environment for children. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Colorado State University and completed general studies at Eaglecrest High School.
