Stephan Benny

Stephan Benny has extensive experience in the technology industry, with their most recent position being the Senior Director of Engineering at Rafay since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Rafay Systems from April 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining Rafay, Stephan worked at Akamai Technologies as a Senior Principal Lead from October 2016 to March 2020. Stephan also held the position of Architect at Soha Systems from May 2014 to September 2016.

Stephan's early career includes roles as a Software Engineer at IBM from January 2011 to May 2014, at Blade Network Technologies from May 2010 to December 2010, at Infineta Systems from April 2009 to May 2010, at Nortel Networks from August 2007 to April 2009, at CSWL from June 2006 to August 2007, at California Software from May 2003 to June 2006, and at DayBegins Engineering Innovations from April 2002 to May 2003.

Throughout their career, Stephan has consistently demonstrated their expertise and growth in the field of software engineering, progressing from individual contributor roles to leadership positions.

Stephan Benny attended St Joseph's College of Engineering from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems.
