Nicholas Boswell

Nicholas Boswell is a seasoned entrepreneur and product development leader with a diverse background in business management and investment analysis. Currently serving as Co-founder of Rafiki.works (Baobab '24) since August 2023, Nicholas previously held the position of Head of Product Development at Onzite until May 2024. As Co-founder and CEO of Staffpad from February 2020 to May 2023, Nicholas played a pivotal role in the company's growth. Earlier experience includes Head of Business Development at Volopa and Senior Project & Development Manager - EMEA at Max Ventures & Industries Limited. Nicholas began a career in finance as an Investment Analyst at BHM Co Ltd. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Economics from the University of Cape Town and completed high school at Bishops Diocesan College.
