James Donaldson

James Donaldson is currently working at Raft as a Solutions Engineer, where James collaborates with the Sales team and domain experts to develop proofs of concepts and tools to showcase solutions to clients. Prior to their current role, James worked at Chattermill as a Senior Solutions Consultant, where James provided technical training to junior team members and served as a Sales Engineer managing presales and technical consulting for an AI-powered text analytics product. James also has experience in data solutions engineering, ETL integration pipeline builds, and technical support for client data issues. Prior to transitioning into their technical roles, James worked as an Operations Analyst at Booker Group and as a Customer Service Manager at Waitrose & Partners. James also undertook a Data Science Immersive course at General Assembly to further their skills in the field.
