Emily Dinkins

Emily Dinkins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily most recently worked at Raft as a People Operations Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Angi as an HR Business Partner & Recruiter, where they managed the full life-cycle recruitment process and collaborated on recruitment strategies. Before that, they were an Executive/Operations Assistant at LVLY, providing support to the CEO and assisting with maintaining efficient operations. Emily also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at Wake Forest Baptist Health in roles such as Access Operations Analyst, Office Coordinator, and Patient Service Representative. Emily was responsible for analyzing workflows, building solutions using Epic software, and improving customer service. Additionally, they have worked as a Habilitation Technician at Lindley Habilitation Services, where they implemented treatment plan goals for special needs clients.

Emily Dinkins attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a field of study in Business. Emily then transferred to Appalachian State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from 2012 to 2014.
