John Mastracchio

John Mastracchio is an experienced professional who has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Currently, John serves as the Executive Vice President and Board Member at Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. Prior to this, John was the Vice President at Arcadis for over 15 years. John also brings consulting experience from their time at Arthur Andersen and Parsons. John holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, and a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo.
