Beth Richels

Beth Richels has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Beth has held various roles in different companies. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Traffic Manager at BL Broadcasting, where they were responsible for coordinating advertising and special programs across three radio stations. Beth then joined American Solutions for Business in 1999 as a Project Manager, leading software selection processes and managing vendor proposals. In 2007, Beth worked as an IT Project Manager at SEI, LLC. From 2008 to 2013, they served as a Development Project Manager at Feed Management Systems, managing multiple projects and resource allocation. Beth then joined Sundog Interactive in 2013, where they held several roles, including Senior Project Manager, Senior Client Consultant, Practice Manager, and Team Lead of Client Consulting. During their time at Sundog Interactive, they focused on building client relationships, developing strategic roadmaps, and managing projects. In 2019, they worked as a Business Process Analyst at Alerus, leading Salesforce implementation projects and assisting in building Salesforce roadmaps. More recently, in 2020, Beth held the position of Director of Enterprise Delivery at GearsCRM and RafterOne. Overall, Beth Richels has extensive experience in project management, client consulting, and enterprise delivery.

Beth Richels completed their Associate Degree in Computer Application Technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at the University of MN - Crookston from 1994 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Beth obtained certifications including being Crucial Conversations Certified from VitalSmarts in March 2018, being a Women's Leadership Program Graduate from the Center for Technology and Business in December 2016, and obtaining the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification in February 2014.
