Thomas Dougherty

Thomas Dougherty has over 18 years of professional experience. Thomas began their career in 2002 at CACI International Inc. as an Applications Systems Developer 3/tech lead. In 2006, they moved to Vangent, Inc. as a Program Manager. In 2007, they joined BAE as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing multiple projects on customer site and implementing enterprise wide infrastructure management and application deployment applications. In 2010, they became the Director of Cyber Security at Tenacity Solutions Incorporated. In 2016, they were a Consultant at Altus Consulting Corp. and also founded Ragnarok Technologies, where they held the role of Founder, Chief Difference Maker, and Back Office Operations.

Thomas Dougherty has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems and Services from Carnegie Mellon University, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Thomas then obtained a ME in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia between 2004 and 2005. Thomas also holds certifications in CEH, CISSP, ITIL Expert, PMP, and Security +.
