Chris Tokmakjian

Chris Tokmakjian serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Smooth Logistics since July 2023 and is a Co-Founder of Raha Holding, also established in August 2023. Previously, Chris has held the position of Chief Operations Officer and Head of Operations at Raha since August 2020, and was the eCommerce Operations Manager at Majid Al Futtaim from September 2018 to August 2020. Prior experience includes roles as First Mile Operations Manager at Amazon from May 2016 to August 2018 and Last Mile Operations Manager and Logistics Supervisor at Souq.com from April 2011 to April 2016. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from RMIT University (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management of Information Systems from Gulf University of Science and Technology (2007-2011). Early education was completed at Armenian School of Kuwait (1991-2005).
