Johan Mark

Johan Mark has extensive work experience in financial and executive roles. Johan is currently serving as the Group CFO for Rahmqvist Group, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Dynamic Code AB from February 2021 to March 2022. Johan also worked as an Interim CFO at Houdini Sportswear from June 2020 to February 2021. Johan had a role as a Senior Advisor at Carponovum AB from January 2019 to January 2021 and as an Interim CFO at Hbird Aviation Services AB from February 2019 to June 2019, both under Nobilitare AB. Johan was also an Interim CFO at Royal Design Group Holding AB from May 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they held various positions at J.LINDEBERG, including CEO from January 2017 to December 2018 and CFO/COO from February 2014 to December 2016. Johan's earlier roles include CFO vVD at Indiska Magasinet AB from January 2011 to January 2014, CFO at Björn Borg AB (publ) from 2005 to 2010, Business Controller at Eurest Support Services AB from 2004 to 2005, and Financial Controller at Axfood from 2002 to 2004.

Johan Mark attended Karlstad University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Ekonomie kandidatexamen (ek.kand.) in Civilekonom.
