Ekta Sarin

Ekta Sarin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and legal management. Currently serving as a Partner in Litigation at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners since July 2023, Ekta has held significant positions such as Head of Legal at Zydus Wellness and various leadership roles at Marico Limited, where expertise encompassed food, intellectual property, and sales law. Earlier legal experience includes a Senior Associate position at Lall & Sethi Advocates and a Judicial Clerkship at the Delhi High Court. Ekta holds a Master of Laws in Corporations Law from New York University and a Bachelor of Laws from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
