Sonia D Kapoor is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as a Managing Associate at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners since March 2017, Sonia has advanced from Senior Associate to this leadership role. Prior experience includes serving as an IP Associate at Jotwani Associates, where responsibilities encompassed trademark filing, prosecution, and handling oppositions. Earlier career work at Hammurabi & Solomon Consulting LLP involved drafting and vetting various business agreements and conducting legal due diligence. Sonia holds a Post Graduation in Law from Delhi University, a Graduation in Political Science (Hons) from Gargi College, and completed high school studies in Humanities at St Anthony Senior Secondary School.
