Sumit Wadhwa

Sumit Wadhwa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, currently serving as a Partner at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners since July 2016. Prior to this role, Sumit held various positions, including Head of IP Litigation, Principal Associate, Managing Associate, Senior Associate, and Associate at the same firm from July 2007 to April 2016. Sumit obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Indian Law Society I.L.S. Law College, Pune, completing the degree in 2007, and holds a B.A. in Mathematics (Hons.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, New Delhi, earned between 2001 and 2003. Early education was completed at Boys High School in Allahabad and New Delhi Public School in New Delhi from 1990 to 2001.
