Agata Jashari

Agata Jashari has extensive work experience in the banking industry, primarily with Raiffeisen Bank Kosova. Agata started their career in 2007 as the Head of Operations at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined Raiffeisen Leasing Kosovo as the Operations Director. Agata also held the position of Head of Organisation and Process Management and ICSO at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo from 2015 to 2016.

Agata Jashari pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2006, they enrolled at UBT & TUV Vienna, where they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Engineering Management during the academic year 2006-2007. After this, they furthered their studies by attending the IEDC - Bled School of Management from 2014 to 2019. During this period, they pursued an Executive PhD in Strategic Management and Leadership. Agata Jashari focused on strategic management as their field of study throughout their education.
