Armend Bilalli

Armend Bilalli is an experienced professional in the banking and IT sectors, currently serving as an Engineering Coach at Raiffeisen Bank Kosova since September 2021, where expertise is brought to various tribes and member up-skilling is prioritized. Prior to this role, Armend was the Head Of MIS at TEB from February 2017 to September 2021, overseeing reporting needs for management and external parties. Armend also held positions such as Senior MIS/IT Expert at the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund, where project management of a USAID initiative took place, and Head of IT at KEP Trust, responsible for data integrity and IT operations. Early career highlights include consultancy work for EBRD to assist KEP Trust's transformation to a bank and leading the card department at KasaBank sh.a. Armend holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Development from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana.
