Erik Roka

Erik Roka has a diverse work experience, primarily in the banking and insurance sectors. Erik started their career at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo as an Investment Officer from May 2005 to October 2006. Erik then joined Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo as a Product Development Specialist from October 2006 to June 2009. Following this, they worked at TEB sha Kosovo as Deputy Head of Product Development from June 2009 to March 2010. Returning to Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo, they held the role of Head of Product Management & Development from February 2010 to June 2014. From June 2014, they became the Head of Private Individuals and Premium Banking. Additionally, they served as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Raiffeisen Insurance Broker Kosovo from December 2015 onwards.

Erik Roka completed their Bachelor of Science in Economy from the University of Pristina between the years 2000 and 2006. Erik then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, completing their studies between 2011 and 2020.
