Erika Rapcsak

Erika Rapcsak is a seasoned Credit Risk Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank Hungary since March 2023, with extensive experience in risk management and financial analysis. Previously, Erika served as a Senior Risk Analyst at Tungsram Group from April 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing Accounts Receivable risk, developing factoring agreements for over 400 customers, and establishing customer evaluation systems for credit limits. Prior to that, Erika worked at GE Lighting EMEA as a Senior Risk Analyst, overseeing past due control and integration projects within the factoring portfolio, and held various finance roles at GE Consumer & Industrial and GE Commercial Finance, displaying a diversified background in financial leadership and operational efficiency. Erika holds a Master's degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and has furthered education at IÉSEG School of Management.
