Jelena Sirko

Jelena Sirko has over 17 years of experience in the risk management field. Jelena is currently the Head of the Risk Management Department at Raiffeisen Leasing, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Raiffeisen Leasing doo for 17 years, where they held various roles including Head of Credit Risk Analysis Unit/Deputy Head of Risk Management Department from March 2012 to April 2022, Senior Risk Analyst from March 2005 to March 2012, and Risk Analyst from January 2004 to March 2005.

Jelena Sirko received a Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from the Faculty of Economics, Belgrade, from 1997 to 2002. Jelena later completed a Master's Degree in Banking, Financial, and Business Management from the Belgrade Banking Academy/Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale, University of Turin, from 2012 to 2014.
