Andreas Siquans

Andreas Siquans has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources and Agile Coaching at Raiffeisen Software GmbH since May 2011, as well as holding a position as a Lehrbeauftragter for Personal, Organisation & Strategie at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt since 2024. Previous roles include HR Executive-Business Partner at A1 Telekom Austria AG and various HR positions at mobilkom austria, University of Zurich, UNIQA, Erste Bank, and Generali. Andreas Siquans holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from the University of Vienna and PEF Privatuniversität für Management Wien, along with a Masterclass in Digitalization from LIMAK Austrian Business School. Additionally, training in sociocracy leadership is underway at the Soziokratie Zentrum.
