Margaryta Sachava

Margaryta Sachava is an experienced Agile Coach at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika since June 2022, where contributions include enhancing collaboration across the RBI Group, implementing a team maturity assessment model, and launching Productboard software to improve customer experience in Investment Products. Previously, Margaryta served in various roles at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine from June 2009 to May 2022, including Chief Development and Support Manager of PMO, where a transformation into an adaptive portfolio management powerhouse was achieved, and Chief IT Governance Manager, where successful implementations of IT governance frameworks and Agile coaching were delivered. Margaryta has also held positions as Senior IT Governance Manager and IT Governance Manager, leading initiatives to optimize IT processes and document management practices. Early career experiences include software development roles at Platinum Bank Украина and Kviza-Trade Group. Margaryta holds two Master's degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
